THE TRAINING

1. Once you're in-world at the SLURL listed above, locate the sign shown in the image to the right. Click on the "Training Course Start Here" part of it to open the PDF Training Manual.

2. THe PDF Training Manual File contains information all New Rental Agents must understand inorder to pass the testing exam including the link to continue with this process.

THE TESTING

You will be required to touch the orb in the hands of our angel. Getting to this location requires you to read the "PDF Training Manual".

1. You will be asked 10 multiple choice questions that you must answer correct in a timely fashion!

2. Winners will be invited to the Official Balanvi Rental Agent Group. You must have the group tag active to actually claim our "Value Coins" that can be converted to lindens.

THE COINS

Qualified rental agents that completed testing and joined the group have access to claim Balanvi value coins. A Value coin only appears when you help someone rent a vacant unit. A Coin worth 50% of the new tenants first payment will immediately appear.

Important: You will need to have the rental agent group tag active to claim the coins.

THE BANK

When you claim a coin the value is securely stored in the Balanvi Bank. Like a normal chequing account you will use our ATM to manage your Financial Profile. You will be able to easily convert your Coin value into lindens!
